Great Auditorium Flog Florence event ...
Congos IN CONCERT!
Donato "pause" Cannon could not miss this wonderful evening of good music and good vibes upbeat.
's performance of the Jamaican was wonderful! A concert of 2 hours where a very crowded audience danced, shouted and sang in an exciting head-rocking. The band appreciated the Florentine audience dancing and playing so many of their most famous songs as "Fisherman", with lots of "pull up" and an overwhelming pace.
Personally I enjoyed it a lot, I danced in getting a ride dragged positive energy of those "young" in their seventies.
For those not familiar with the Congos are a reggae band historical panorama of the world. The group formed in the late seventies by the trio Cedric Myton, Roydel "Ashanti" Johnson and Watty Burnett.
Record with big names in reggae production, one out of all the loved and hated Lee "Scratch" Perry. The Congos play from 1977 to 1979 until Ashanti Johnson and Watty Burnett left the band to reform is only the beginning of the 90s Lindburg Lewis in place of Johnson. From here begins a grand ascent to the world scene with the recording of many albums and many live mostly around the world ... Unforgettable their performance last summer at the park "Rototom" Osoppo.
