PRODUCTION NOTES

The Band of the Brazilian stems from a dual need: to describe a form of social malaise, a generational clash underground and dangerous to do so through that vehicle once it was natural and direct expression, the Italian crime cinema.

La Banda Brazil is therefore a kind of detective story, with all the typical elements of tradition. But also a reflection on the difficulties of shooting a cop and now a bitter comedy and nostalgia, an era, the seventies, for personal reasons we could not live.
